My approach is warm, humanistic and trauma informed. I use evidence based therapies and neurobiology, to assist you in working toward being comfortable in your skin.
I seek to tailor your therapy to work with what you want and where you are. My key approaches are: Parts of Self, Emotion Focused Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR). I also draw from interpersonal & cognitive therapies and utilize mindfulness interventions.
I enjoy working with a diverse range of adults and elders of all nationalities, abilities, sexuality and gender identities, and takes a size inclusive approach. I work with concerns such as:
